Most youth basketball programs are built around a schedule. PRO/SPECTs was built around a question: what actually develops a player? The answer is a development-first academy, built on European club academy principles.

We are building people. Basketball is the platform. Athletes are grouped by stage of development, from Alpha (beginners) to Gamers (high school), and every group trains in three disciplines.
